The Reclaimed Retreat
“Our family is extremely happy with the small platform and playhouse that David designed and his crew crafted. “

Seattle neighborhoods don’t always offer the wide-open spaces that make a treehouse feel inevitable — but that didn’t stop our client from dreaming. And more often than not, when a dream is clear enough, there’s a way to bring it to life. Tucked between two stately cedars at the back of their lot, we shaped a treehouse perfectly sized for childhood imagination, a little haven that will invite play for years to come.
One of the quiet joys of this project is the reclaimed wood that wraps the structure. To make room for the treehouse, a section of fencing needed to come down — and instead of being discarded, it found a second life as the siding. Our client took the time to carefully remove and clean each board, turning a cost-saving choice into something far more meaningful. Now, seeing the finished treehouse, it’s hard to imagine it with anything else.
'“Wild Tree Woodworks did an outstanding job delivering on our vision while respectfully navigating our project constraints. Highly recommend.”
